ABOUT ME
My name is Angi Ellis, I am a licensed massage therapist located in the Columbus, Ohio.
My path into bodywork started with a simple understanding:
the body holds more than just physical tension.
Over time, I began to see how stress, experiences, and daily patterns shape the way we carry ourselves—often without realizing it. What begins as tightness or discomfort is usually part of something deeper.
This is what led me to refine my approach.
My work is not about rushing through techniques or following a routine.
It’s about listening—both to what you share and what your body communicates.
Through slower, more intentional sessions, I support the body in:
-
releasing long-held tension
-
settling the nervous system
-
restoring a sense of balance that feels sustainable
Each session is different, because no two bodies—or days—are the same.
My Approach
I focus on creating the conditions where your body can let go naturally.
That means:
-
allowing time instead of rushing
-
working with patterns, not just symptoms
-
blending therapeutic skill with intuitive awareness
Many clients come in expecting “just a massage” and leave realizing their body needed something more.
Why Longer Sessions Matter
Real change takes time.
Shorter sessions can be helpful, but deeper patterns require space to unwind.
This is why I center my work around 90 and 120 minute sessions.
When the body doesn’t feel rushed, it responds differently.
I believe your body already knows how to reset.
My role is to support that process—so you can move, feel, and live with more ease.
I hold certifications in Cranial & Somatic Fascia Release, Prescriptive Stretching, Indian Head Face & Foot Massage (with Ayurvedic Oils), as well as being a Certified Yoga Teacher.
