CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Angi Ellis Massage Therapy has a 4 hour cancellation policy. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, you must notify us at least 4 hours in advance. Clients who no-show or late cancel (within 2 hours of their appointment) will be required to pay prior to future bookings. 

• You will receive a confirmation e-mail 2 days prior to appointment. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please respond to your email.

• You will also receive a 12 hour appointment reminder email. Please respond to your email should you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Please note that arriving late to your session may result in a shorter appointment so as to not penalize the clients booking after you. Clients who are over 20 minutes late will be asked to reschedule their appointment, and will be charged a cancellation fee.

PAYMENT & RECEIPTS:

• Clients can pay at time of service with a credit card, gift card or cash. Therapist does not keep cash on hand for change. 

• Gratuities are accepted and appreciated. Gratuities can be added to your credit card or provided in cash. 

• Receipts can be provided for HSA or insurance purposes.

• No refunds provided for services or gift cards.

NEW CLIENTS:

• First visit? Please arrive a few minutes early to start the relaxation process. You can get comfortable, fill out a health-intake form, and discuss with your therapist what you’d like to focus on. Clients who are over 20 minutes late will be asked to reschedule their appointment, and will be charged a cancellation fee.

PREGNANT CLIENTS:

• Please specify that you are pregnant when booking. If you are scheduling an appointment for your partner or a friend who is expecting, you must notify me upon booking the reservation.

• As a professional licensed therapist, I am dedicated to providing a completely safe and enjoyable experience for my clients. My work is strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. Any sexual comments or advances will result in immediate termination of the session.

• When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

• We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

• Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 
  
  All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
